Our Story
Founded in 1970 by Maria Monari, our company began as a small artisan workshop driven by Maria’s passion for passementerie and her 18 years of experience in the field. Starting with entirely manual processes, the business quickly grew as demand and clients increased. With the support of her husband, Gianfranco Frassinetti, the company moved to a larger industrial facility in Calderara di Reno, enabling further expansion and investment in cutting-edge machinery.
In recent years, the second generation has taken the lead. Federica Frassinetti joined the company, bringing a modern vision that has propelled us to international success. Thanks to her leadership, we’ve expanded our reach, participated in prestigious trade fairs in Paris and Milan, and strengthened our position in the global market.
